Common problems and control strategies of ventilation and detoxification facilities in organic solvent workplace

Organic solvent is a kind of common occupational harmful agent in industrial production,which may cause various acute or chronic occupational poisonings.Because organic solvent can be volatilized into the air,its vapor is colorless,transparent and invisible,it is very important for reducing organic solvent level in workplace to understand the characteristics of evaporation and distribution in the air of workplace and to select appropriate ventilation and detoxification facilities.This paper will focus on the ventilation and detoxification control strategies of some representative organic solvents by analyzing the interfering factors of evaporation and distribution of organic solvents and combining some common problems in various ventilation and detoxication facilities.
