摘    要:人源异种移植(patient-derived xenograft, PDX)模型是将取自临床患者的新鲜肿瘤标本直接异种移植到免疫缺陷小鼠体内而建立的动物模型,可以较好的保持原发肿瘤的组织形态、异质性以及基因异常等特征,并保留与患者相似的遗传特性。本文就人肝细胞癌PDX模型构建的实验动物、移植组织类型和方式的选择、最新应用进展以及PDX未来在肝细胞癌中的运用展望进行综述,以期为肝细胞癌的个性化治疗提供新的研究方向。

Abstract:The patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model is established by transplanting fresh tumor specimen of clinical patients directly into immunodeficient mice. It can better maintain the histomorphology, heterogeneity and genetic abnormalities of primary tumors and reserve the genetic characteristics similar to those of patients. In order to provide a new research direction for individualized treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, this study reviews the selection of the type and methods of experimental animals and transplanted tissues for PDX model of human hepatocellular carcinoma. The latest application progress and the future application prospect of PDX in hepatocellular carcinoma are reviewed.
