霍氏鲍特菌感染的研究进展

霍氏鲍特菌可导致百日咳样呼吸道感染以及某些侵袭性感染，引发如菌血症、肺炎、脑膜炎、心内膜炎、心包炎、关节炎等疾病。由于缺乏对霍氏鲍特菌的特异性诊断方法，临床上霍氏鲍特菌引发的呼吸道感染常被误诊为百日咳。加上目前有关霍氏鲍特菌流行病学研究很少，导致对霍氏鲍特菌感染普遍认知不足，也缺乏相应的诊疗指南。本文对霍氏鲍特菌及其感染的最新研究进展，包括微生物病原学、临床表现和诊断治疗等作一简要介绍。

Research progress on Bordetella holmesii infection

Bordetella holmesii (B. holmesii) can cause pertussis-like respiratory tract infections and some invasive infections, including bacteremia, pneumonia, meningitis, endocarditis, pericarditis and arthritis. Due to the absence of specific diagnostic test for B. holmesii, clinical respiratory symptoms caused by B. holmesii are often misdiagnosed as pertussis. In addition, few epidemiological studies on B. holmesii are available, so the awareness of B. holmesii infections is generally insufficient, and there are no related guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment. In this study, the latest research progress on B. holmesii and the resultant infections is briefly introduced, including microbiological etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment.
