| 摘 要： | 医院志愿服务的开展是缓解老龄化社会下医疗资源相对匮乏的有益措施之一，对缓解医患矛盾、节约社会成本和促进社会和谐等均起到巨大作用。医院志愿服务的组织管理及保障体系在我国均处于初级阶段，探索出一套适合国情的医务社会工作及医院志愿服务管理体系至关重要。在老龄化社会背景下对我国医院志愿服务发展的现状及主要问题进行分析，提出医院志愿服务发展的建议。

Review of Hospital Volunteer Service under the Background of Aging Society |

| Abstract: | Hospital volunteer service is one of the useful measures in aging society to alleviate the relative lack of medical resources and doctor-patient conflicts,save social-cost and promote social harmony. The organization,man-agement and security system of hospital volunteer service in China are in primary stages,and it is necessary to ex-plore a medical volunteer service system suitable for China’s situations.Based on the perspective of ageing society, we analyzed present situation and main problems of hospital volunteer service,and then put forward some advices of hospital volunteer service after drawing lessons from advanced experience. |
