| 摘 要： | 器官移植协调员在器官移植工作中具有重要作用，但我国自2010年引入器官捐献试点以来，协调员的作用并不理想，这主要由于4个方面的原因：协调员的身份不为群众接受、协调员自身素质不够全面、传统思想观念的阻碍、缺乏健全的工作系统。为此，应加大对协调员和捐献工作的宣传力度，加强队伍正规化的建设，加快建设健全的器官捐献工作平台，推动法律规范的完善。

| Abstract: | The coordinators play an important role in organ donation,Since 2010,the pilot work of human organ donation in china has been implemented,the results is not ideal.There are four reasons：the identity of coordinators is not accepted by the people,the overall quality of coordinators is not good enough,the hindrance of traditional ide-as and lack of a human organ donation system.In order to deal with this problem,we should increase the propagan-da of coordinators and donation and strengthen training and management to accelerate the establishment and perfec-tion of organ donation system and to promote the perfection of legislation. |
