| 摘 要： | 在基层医疗卫生单位推行全科医生制度是顺应社会发展，满足人民群众健康需求，缓解城乡居民“看病难、看病贵”的有效措施。提出基层医疗卫生单位在推行全科医生制度的实践活动中，应做好组建全科医生团队、适时转变全科医生服务模式、完善全科医生制度保障措施3方面工作，保障全科医生制度落到实处。

| Abstract: | Implementing general practitioner system （GPS）in primary health care institutions is to comply with social development,to satisfy the people＇s demand for health,and it＇s an effective measure to alleviate ＂medical treatment is difficult and expensive＂.To ensure the GPS system implemented,we consider that the general practi-tioner team should be built,the GPS service mode should be changed and the security of the GPS system should be improved. |
