| 摘 要： | 介绍了社区护理概念及特征，归纳了国内外社区护理沿革及社区护理模式，对国内外社区护理现状进行了研究，重点分析了我国社区护理现状，探索我国与国外社区护理在组织形式与服务内容、人力资源配置、管理方面的差异。
