襄阳市某企业离退休职工代谢综合征患病情况调查分析

目的通过对襄阳市某汽车制造企业离退休职工代谢综合征（MS）患病情况进行调查分析,为社区制定预防保健措施提供依据。方法对体检资料完整的50岁及以上离退休职工3685人的代谢综合征（metabolic syn-drome,MS）进行统计分析。结果调查人群代谢综合征检出率23.39%,其中男性22.36%,女性24.32%,70岁及以上人群代谢综合征患病率在性别上差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）,但总检出率在性别上差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；不同年龄组别中,代谢综合征及相关疾病患病率差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；MS 组的超重/肥胖、高血压、高 TG 血症、低 HDL-C 及高血糖的发生率明显高于非 MS 组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）。结论离退休职工中代谢综合征患病率较高,且有随年龄增高而增高的趋势,女性尤为明显,应高度重视对该人群的预防保健工作,针对 MS 发病的高危因素进行合理的治疗和预防,有效降低 MS 的发生。

Investigation and Analysis of the Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome among Retired Workers in Xiangyang City

Objectives This study aimed to investigate retired workers on the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the automobile manufacture enterprise in Xiangyang city,and provide evidence for the prevention strategies of MS in community.Methods We included 3685 retired workers who had intact medical health examination for statistical a-nalysis.Results The MS prevalence rate was 23.39% for the study subjects ,and the prevalence rate for male and female retired worker were 22.36 % and 24.32% respectively.There was no significant difference in MS prevalence rate between male and female （P 〉0.05）,but among people aged 70 years and over the difference between gender was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）.People with MS had higher rates on overweight/obesity,hypertension, TG,low HDL and hyperglycemia than those in non MS group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）.Conclusions The prevalence of metabolic syndrome is high in the retired workers,The trend is increasing a-long with the age,women especially.We should focus on the treatment and prevention of the risk factors for MS and reduce the incidence of MS effectively.
