| 摘 要： | 社会发展对医疗卫生事业提出了更高的要求，而肿瘤学在临床医学中具有其特有的复杂性和特殊性，加强肿瘤学专业医学生人文素质的培养显得至关重要。对我国肿瘤学专业教学存在的不足进行分析，探讨人文素质教育的方法，以培养出优秀的肿瘤学专业医学人才。

And it is ex-tremely important to pay more attention to the humanistic qualities training of medical students majoring oncology because of the complexity and particularity of oncology in clinical medicine? The article is meant to explore the sta-tus of education specialized for medical students majoring in oncology? It also discuss about the methods to improve humanistic qualities for fostering brilliant oncologic talents? |
