摘    要:患者满意度是人们基于对自身健康、生命质量等方面的要求从而对所经历的医疗服务进行衡量评价的过程,是反映医疗机构服务质量的重要指标。通过检索国内外数据库中关于患者满意度公开发表的文献,回顾梳理患者满意度的研究现状,指出国内研究现有局限性包括缺乏统一量表、理论更新滞后、第三方评估未广泛使用等,提出应全面普及第三方评估体系,通过压力传导效应不断提高患者满意度。

Abstract:Patient satisfaction is the process of measuring and evaluating the medical services experienced by people based on their requirements on their own health and quality of life,and is an important indicator reflecting the quality of services provided by medical institutions.This study retrieved published literature on patient satisfaction from the domestic and foreign databases,reviewed the current status of research on combing patients satisfaction,and pointed out that the existing limitations of domestic research included the lack of a unified scale,the lag of theoretical updating,and not widely used of third-party assessments.Then,this study proposes that a third-party assessment system should be universally adopted to continuously improve patient satisfaction through stress transmission effects.
