探讨无创呼吸机治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月收集的118例本院治疗的AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,随机分成对照组与观察组各59例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者血气指标改善情况以及临床症状指标是否存在差异。结果:观察组患者血气指标改善情况以及临床症状指标均优于对照组患者,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用无创呼吸机治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,可以提高其临床治疗效果,改善其血气指标改善情况以及临床症状指标。

To Explore the Diagnosis and Treatment Noninvasive Ventilator Within the Clinical Effect of Aecopd Combined TypeⅡRespiratory Failure

Objective:To study the noninvasive ventilator for treatment of AECOPD combinedⅡtype of respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,118 cases collected in our hospital during the period of treatment of patients with respiratory failure of AECOPD combinedⅡtype,59 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,and the observation group was given noninvasive ventilator treatment on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The blood gas index improvement and clinical symptom index of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of blood gas index and clinical symptom index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of AECOPD combinedⅡpatients with respiratory failure,can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the blood gas index improvement and clinical symptom index.
