腹部B超与阴道B超联合检测在妇产科急腹症诊断中的重要价值及准确性分析

目的:对腹部B超与阴道B超联合检测在妇产科急腹症诊断中的重要价值及准确性进行分析。方法:抽取本院于2017年6月~2019年6月妇产科收治的患有急腹症的150例患者作为研究对象,为所有患者均实施腹部B超与阴道B超检查,对检查结果进行比较。结果:腹部B超与阴道B超联合检测所得出的诊断准确率高于单独的腹部B超、阴道B超,P<0.05。结论:对于妇产科急腹症患者来说,实施腹部B超与阴道B超联合检测,能够有效提高诊断的准确率。

The Important Value and Accuracy Analysis of the Combined Detection of Abdominal B-Ultrasound and Vaginal B-Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective:To analyze the important value and accuracy of combined detection of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 150 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital between June 2017 and June 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.All patients were subjected to abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound examinations.Compare the results.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the combined detection of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal B-ultrasonography and vaginal B-ultrasonography alone,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,the combined detection of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
