卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中彩色多普勒超声检查的临床应用分析

目的:对卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中彩色多普勒超声检查的应用价值进行探究,以指导临床治疗。方法:随机选取2019年3月~2020年10月就诊于本院的48例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均在术前进行彩色多普勒超声检查,以手术病理检查为金标准,统计良、恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断效能(诊断准确性、敏感度、特异性等),在此基础上,比较良、恶性卵巢肿瘤患者血流参数变化、血流分级。结果:共48例患者,以金标准为依据,发现33例良性卵巢肿瘤、15例恶性卵巢肿瘤;经彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断准确性为83.33%、敏感度76.92%、特异性为85.71%;彩色多普勒超声检查诊断良、恶性卵巢肿瘤的血流分级占比差异有统计学意义(Z=19.737,P<0.05)。结论:对卵巢肿瘤患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,可取得良好的诊断效果,提高诊断准确性、敏感度及特异性,尤其是医生可结合良、恶性质卵巢肿瘤的血流参数变化及血流分级,判断疾病状况,以指导采取相应治疗措施,提高治疗效果,改善患者临床结局及预后转归。所以,对于卵巢肿瘤患者而言,彩色多普勒超声是一项行之有效的检查技术手段。

Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor

Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors to guide clinicaltreatment.Methods:A random selection of 48 patients with ovarian tumors who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 were carried out for the study,and color Doppler ultrasonography was performed before surgery.With surgical pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency(diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,etc.)of benign and malignant ovarian tumors is calculated,and on this basis,the changes in blood flow parameters and blood flow classifications of patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumors are compared.Results:A total of 48 patients,based on the gold standard,were found to be 33 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 15 cases of malignant ovarian tumors;the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 83.33%,the sensitivity was 76.92%,and the specificity was 85.71%;There was a statistically significant difference in the proportion of blood flow classification between benign and malignant ovarian tumors diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound(Z=19.737,P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with ovarian tumors can achieve good diagnostic results,improve diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,especially doctors can combine the changes in blood flow parameters and blood flow of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Stream classification,determine the disease status,to guide the adoption of corresponding treatment measures,improve the treatment effect,and improve the clinical outcome and prognosis of patients.Therefore,for patients with ovarian tumors,color Doppler ultrasound is an effective inspection technique.
