两种免疫检验方法检测乙肝病毒感染血清标志物的对比分析

目的:探究两种免疫检验方法检测乙肝病毒感染血清标志物的应用效果,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法:以200例乙肝病毒感染患者为对象,研究时间为2019年12月~2020年12月,分为参照组100例、研究组100例,参照组应用酶联免疫吸附法酶联免疫吸附法诊断,研究组应用化学发光免疫分析法检测,对比诊断结果。结果:研究组乙肝e抗体阳性率、乙肝表面抗原阳性率均高于参照组,差异P<0.05。研究组乙肝e抗原阳性率、乙肝核心抗体阳性率、乙肝e抗原阳性率与参照组比较,差异P>0.05。结论:乙肝病毒感染患者可采用化学免疫发光法检测乙肝标志物,有效提高诊断准确率,可及时检出疾病,促进疾病的治疗。

ComParative Analysis of Serum Markers of Hepatitis B Virus Infection Detected by Two Immunoassay Methods

Objective:To explore the application effect of different immunoassay methods in detecting serum markers of hepatitis B virus infection.To Provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 200 patients with hepatitis B virus infection were selected.The study period was from December 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into a reference group of 100 cases and a research group of 100 cases.The reference group was diagnosed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the study group was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay to compare the diagnostic results.Results:The positive rate of hepatitis B e antibody and hepatitis B surface antigen in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was P<0.05.Compared with the reference group,the positive rate of hepatitis B e antigen,the positive rate of hepatitis B core antibody,and the positive rate of hepatitis B e antigen in the study group and the reference group,the difference was P>0.05.Conclusion:Chemiimmunoluminescence method can be used to detect hepatitis B markers in patients with hepatitis B virus infection,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy,detect the disease in time,and promote the treatment of the disease.
