医疗器械产业合作创新特点及研究现状

目的：分析国内外医疗器械产业合作创新研究现状。方法：文献计量分析法和文献调研法。结果：产学研医合作创新是医疗器械产业技术创新的专有组织形式；国内外医疗器械领域合作创新研究文献较少，未来几年我国医疗器械产学研合作文献量将迅速上升；国外研究方法主要有系统综述、案例研究、焦点人物访谈、对比研究等定性研究方法及专利数据分析等定量研究方法，研究内容包括合作意义、合作各方在技术创新中的作用、合作主要形式、合作中存在问题及建议等；国内研究方法主要有定性的案例研究和经验研究，研究内容包括医学院校及企业开展产学研合作的探索与体会、医生在医疗器械研发与创新中的作用、医疗器械产学研合作机构介绍、人才培养等。结论：医疗器械产业合作创新得到国内外普遍重视并在实践中开展了一系列合作研究。国外产学研医合作研究范围较广，而国内仅限于初步探索和实践阶段。

Current Status and Characteristics of Cooperative Innovation in the Medical Device Industry

Objective： To analyze the current status of cooperative innovation in the domestic and foreign medical device industry. Methods： The methods of bibliometrics and literature survey were applied. Results： Industry-university-research cooperative innovation is the unique feature of technological innovation of the medical device industry. Few literatures on cooperative innovation in the international medical device industry have been reported. China is going to produce more and more literatures with regard to industry-university-research cooperation on medical devices in the next few years. Research methods used in foreign countries included systematic review, case study, focused interview, comparative study and other qualitative methods as well as patent analysis and other quantitative methods. Foreign researches attached great importance to the significance of cooperative innovation, the role of stakeholders in technological innovation, forms of cooperation, problems and corresponding suggestions. As for China, researches methods included case study and empirical study and research contents focused on exploration and experience of industry-university-research cooperation between medical colleges and enterprises, the role of physicians in research, development and innovation of medical devices, main stakeholders involved in industry-university-research cooperation of medical devices and personnel training. Conclusion： Cooperative innovation in the medical device industry has raised widespread attention in the world and a series of researches have been conducted for its practical application. Foreign researches cover a wide range of industry- university-research cooperation while China is still in the early stage of exploration and application.
