对比增强心血管磁共振成像诊断缺血性心肌病的应用研究

目的:探讨研究对比增强心血管磁共振成像诊断缺血性心肌病的应用.方法:选择2017年6月~2019年6月治疗的缺血性心肌病患者95例作为研究对象,分别对患者进行增强心血管磁共振成像诊断和心脏超声心动图测量.诊断后对患者的结果进行评估,比较所有患者发生缺血性心肌病的危险因素和射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量数值的差异.结果:根据治疗的95例患者的情况分析缺血性心肌病的危险因素有:动脉粥样硬化、不良生活习惯、冠状动脉循环受累指标、其他等因素,其中不良生活习惯中,吸烟是引起缺血性心肌病的主要因素;95例患者进行增强心血管磁共振成像和超声心动图测量的射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量数值进行比较,结果无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:将心血管磁共振成像用于诊断缺血性心肌病的临床效果显著,能够为临床诊断提供有效的相关信息,快捷方便.

Application of Contrast-enhanced Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosis of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Objective:To investigate the application of contrast-enhanced cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:95 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy treated from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were respectively diagnosed by enhanced cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging and measured by echocardiography.Patient outcomes were assessed after diagnosis,and the risk factors for ischemic cardiomyopathy and ejection fraction,stroke output,and cardiac output values were compared in all patients.Results:Risk factors of ischemic cardiomyopathy were analyzed according to the conditions of 95 patients treated,including atherosclerosis,poor living habits,coronary circulation involvement index,and other factors.Ejection fraction,stroke output,and cardiac output as measured by enhanced cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging and echocardiography were compared in 95 patients.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy is significant,which can provide effective information for clinical diagnosis.
