IHE技术框架与医疗工作流集成

系统集成一直以来都是医院数字化发展中最重要的问题,DICOM和HL7标准虽然为不同系统间实现信息共享提供了标准接口,但在复杂的医疗环境中,它们尚不足以解决多系统间工作流集成的问题.为此提出的IHE技术框架,通过规范DICOM和HL7的实现方式,以达成整个医疗环境中的工作流集成.它把各医疗过程抽象为多个集成模型,定义了各集成模型中的角色以及基于标准的事务,为异构信息系统间的工作流集成提供了指导性框架.本文对IHE技术框架、工作流集成及系统实现进行了简要介绍,并对IHE在中国的发展进行了展望.

IHE Technical Framework and Workflow Integration in Healthcare

System integration has been always the most important issue for the development of digital hospital. Although DICOM and HL7 have provided standard interfaces between heterogeneous systems, but they are not enough for solving the problem of workflow integration in the completed healthcare environment. IHE Technical Framework has started to archive the workflow integration by specifying the implementation of DICOM and HL7. It abstracts bealthcare procedures into many integration profiles, and defines actors and standardbased transactions in each integration profile, providing the guidance for workflow integration among heterogeneous systems. The article introduces the IHE Technical Framework, workflow integration, and system implementation in brief, It also prospects the development of IHE in China in the end.
