零磁场对小鼠行为影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的研究零磁场对小鼠行为的影响;方法C级磁屏蔽室模拟零磁空间,7只Balb/c小鼠分别在零磁空间和正常地磁环境下进行实验。在白天和夜间两个时段,利用UGO-7431行为分析仪定量检测小鼠的行为学指标,并进行统计学分析;结果与正常地磁环境比较,零磁空间下小鼠水平方向的活跃程度没有显著性差异,而垂直方向活跃程度明显增强;白天和夜间两个时段的实验结果的差异并没有统计学意义;结论小鼠在零磁空间环境下的部分行为学指标变化显著,表现为亢奋、烦躁,证实地磁环境与动物的日常行为息息相关。

The Preliminary Study on Effects of Behavior on Mice by Magnetic Free Fields Space

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of behavior on mice by magnetic free fields space(MFFS).Methods The environment of MFFS was simulated by grade C magnetic shield.7 Balbc /c mice were put into both the MFFS and normal environment in sequence.The indexes of behavior were examined by UGO-BASILE-7431 ACTIVITY CAGE in the daytime and nighttime,and taken statistics by SPSS(copyright 11.0).Results Compared with the normal,statistically significant differences were not observed in the values of horizontal-activities in MFFS environment.But,the values of vertical-activities obviously increased;The values shows no differences between the daytime and nighttime.Conclusion Significant changes of some behavior indexes can be observed in MFFS environment,such as fidget,anxiety,etc.Geomagnetic environment is closely linked to the biological activities.
