摘    要:目的获得放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。方法应用Geant4对于不同的过滤片和管电压组合进行了蒙特卡洛模拟,得到了相应条件下的X射线能谱。模拟时考虑了电子与靶碰撞发生的康普顿效应、光电效应、瑞利散射、轫致辐射和电离等物理过程。结果得到了放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱与平均能量值。结论应用Geant4可以准确模拟放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo get the X-ray spectrum under radiotherapy,diagnosis and protection fields.MethodsThe simulations were performed using different combinations of filters and tube Voltages with Geant4.All the relevant physical processes were included in the calculations: Compton scattering,photoelectric effect,Rayleigh scattering,bremsstrahlung and ionization.ResultsThe X-ray spectrum and mean values of the spectrum under radiotherapy,diagnosis and protection fields.ConclusionThe X-ray spectrum under radiation,diagnostic and protection fields can be acuately simulted with Geant4.
