间歇梯度压力治疗仪在髋关节术后预防下肢静脉血栓形成的探讨

目的：通过对髋关节术后的病人使用间歇梯度压力治疗仪减轻其肢体的肿胀、疼痛,进而预防静脉血栓的形成。方法：采用对照和治疗两组方式,在术后固定时间测量患肢大腿周径并与健肢比较。结论：治疗组48例患者通过使用间歇梯度压力治疗仪无一例形成下肢静脉血栓,故间歇梯度压力治疗仪可大大降低髋关节术后下肢静脉血栓的发生。

Prevention of venous thrombosis in lower extremities after hip joint operation with an intermittent gradient pressure device

Objective To use an intermittent gradient pressure treating instrument to reduce swelling and ache in hip joints after operation to prevent venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods The patients were divided into the control group and treated group.The thigh diameter on both the operated side and non-treated side was measured and compared.Results In the 48 patients in the treated group,no venous thrombosis of the lower extremities was found after application of the instrument.Conclusion The instrument can be used to reduce the occurring rate of the venous thrombosis in the lower extremities in patients after hip joint operation.
