颅内压监护仪的工作原理及常见故障维修

摘    要:通过剖析颅内压(ICP)监护仪的结构,针对压力采集、信号处理及显示输出分析颅内压监护的工作原理,研究设备常见故障维修策略。在明确故障现象的基础上,从参数设置、硬件结构以及电路功能进行故障分析,制定故障维修路径,通过对故障逐一检测和排查,使ICP监护仪恢复正常运行。同时,应加强医务人员设备使用规范的培训和考核,配合医学工程师进行设备的日常维护和故障维修,确保运行质量,提高临床服务能力。

Abstract:By understanding the structure and composition of intracranial pressure(ICP) monitor, the principle of intracranial pressure monitoring was analyzed from three aspects of pressure acquisition, signal processing and display output, and the maintenance strategy of equipment common fault was studied. Based on the fault phenomenon, the fault was analyzed from the aspects of parameter setting, hardware structure and circuit function, the fault maintenance path was established, and the ICP monitor was restored to normal operation by checking and troubleshooting the faults one by one. Meanwhile, medical personnel should strengthen the training and assessment of equipment usage specifications, cooperate with medical engineers in the daily maintenance and fault repair to ensure equipment operation quality and improve clinical service ability.
