中医综合疗法治疗中风先兆120例临床疗效观察

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗中风先兆的临床疗效。方法:将120例中风先兆患者分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例;在基础治疗(调节血压、血脂)相同的情况下,治疗组加用中医综合治疗(中药、针刺疗法)。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候、神经功能缺损评分、ADL评分较对照组15d有明显改善,x2值4.20(P<0.05);30d有显著改善x2值6.37(P<0.01)。两组30d后全血高、中、低切粘度和血浆粘度均有改善,而治疗组改善显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医综合疗法能改善中风先兆患者的疗效,且效果明显,其有关血液流变学全血及血浆粘稠度检查指标改善显著(P<0.01)。

TCM comprehensive therapy on premonitory apoplexy symptoms, in 120 cases

Objective： To compare the integrated treatment of TCM with west medicine in treatment of premonitory apoplexy symptoms. Methods：120 patients with the disease were divided into two groups： treatment group （60cases） and control group （60cases）. In the case of the same basic treatment （regulating blood pressure and blood lipid）, the treatment group received combined treatment using traditional Chinese medicine. Results： The comparison of two groups of NIHSS scores, ADL scores and TCM syndrome integral were obviously improved in 15days （P〈0.05）,and significant improved in 50days（P〈0.01）,and the levels of blood viscosity and shear rates（ high cut, middle cut, low cut） were significantly improvedas compared With those before treatment （P〈O.O1）. Conclusion： TCM combination therapy can improve the therapeutic efficacy and should be regarded as a beneficial method to treat premonitory apoplexy symptoms.
