骨科护理单元无接触式体温实时监控在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用研究

摘    要:分析无接触式体温实时监控在骨科护理单元防控新型冠状病毒性肺炎(COVID-19)中的应用效果。选取医院骨科病区的陪护人员共509人次,根据所在病区分为观察组(249人)和对照组(260人),观察组采用UWatch手表无接触式体温实时监控;对照组采用常规病区出、入口体温监控,记录发热人员检出情况、发热报警情况、报警成功率和接触人员信息采集时间。观察组发热人员检出率、发热报警率和发热报警成功率分别为13.18%、12.85%和90.63%,对照组分别为0.78%、1.92%和40.00%,采用Fisher精确检验差异有统计学意义。观察组接触人员信息采集时间为(16.2±2.1)min,少于对照组的(55.6±8.4)min,差异有统计学意义(t=55.080,P<0.01)。UWatch手表无接触式体温实时监控,可高效及时检出骨科护理单元中发热的流动人员,避免医护人员与其密切接触,在COVID-19预防中值得推广。

Research on the application of non-contact real-time body temperature monitoring in the prevention of COVID-19 in orthopedic nursing units

Abstract:To analyze the application effect of non-contact real-time body temperature monitoring in the preventing of COVID-19 in orthopedic nursing units.A total of 509 patient caregivers in the orthopedic ward of the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the ward.Among them,249 people in the observation group used UWatch for non-contact body temperature real-time monitoring;260 people in the control group used conventional temperature monitoring at the entrance and exit of the ward to record fever detection,fever alarm status,alarm success rate and Contact information collection time.The fever detection rate,fever alarm rate,and success rate of fever alarm in the observation group were 13.18%,12.85%,and 90.63%,respectively;the control group was 0.78%,1.92%,and 40.00%,respectively.Fisher's exact test difference was statistically significant.The information collection time of contact persons in the observation group was(16.2±2.1)min,which was less than(55.6±8.4)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=55.080,P<0.01).UWatch non-contact real-time monitoring of body temperature can efficiently and timely detect the mobile personnel in the orthopedic nursing unit with fever and avoid close contact with medical personnel.It is worthy of promotion in COVID-19 prevention.
