高压水射流切割肝肾组织的初步研究

摘    要:目的:评价自行设计水射流切割装置对肝、肾组织切割的性能.方法:用水射流切割装置对市售新鲜肝组织进行切割,观察、评价该装置性能.另外,将实验用大鼠、兔(各5只)麻醉无菌条件下进行肝、肾分离手术后,用水射流切割装置分别对肝、肾进行部分切除术,同时以手术刀切除法为对照;切除组织1%福尔马林固定,HE染色并进行组织病理学分析.结果:水射流切割控制在一定压力范围内,在切割肝、肾组织的过程中可完好的保留组织中的大中血管,组织病理分析显示:水射流切割对组织的损伤程度与传统的手术方法相比对组织的损伤小.结论:水射流切割装置与传统手术方法相比对组织的损伤小,能减少失血量,在临床应用中具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Objective To assess the application performances of the self-developed water jet incision instrument to incisions of hepatic and nephridial tissues.Methods Commercial-off-the-shelf fresh hepatic tissue is incised with the above-mentioned instrument and observed.the hepatic and nephridial tissues are separated from the anesthetized and sterilized laboratory rat and rabbit,and then the instrument is applied to the partial resections of the tissues with the tissues incised with scalpel as the control group.The fixation by 1% formalin,HE stain and histopathological analysis are performed on the incised tissues. Results When the pressure of the instrument is limited in some certain range,the large and medium vessels in the tissues would not be injured. Histopathological analysis shows that the injuries of the instrument to the tissues are slighter than the ones of scalpel to the tissues. Clnclusion Compared to scalpel,the water jet incision instrument does slighter injuries to the tissues and results in less blood loss, and thus the instrument has a brilliant future in clinical application.
