新型野战血液制品解冻装置的研制

目的：为了保证野战条件下急救伤员所需血液制品的供应,研制新型野战血液制品解冻装置。方法：通过对传统水浴法血液制品解冻装置的组成、结构及功能进行分析,采用微波水热法替代传统水浴法,研制出新型野战血液制品解冻装置。该装置由野战微波解冻炉、专用解冻盒及自备电源组成。结果：新型野战血液制品解冻装置解冻速度快,在8min之内可以同时解冻6袋血液制品,可为战场急救快速提供血液制品;该装置配有自备电源,可以在无外接电源的情况下工作30min,能快速展开,机动性强,携行方便。结论：新型野战血液制品解冻装置配置合理,结构紧凑,功能齐全,机动性强,使用方便,特别适用于野战、重大灾害急救时的血液制品供应。

Development of a defrosting device for new field operation blood products

Objective： To develop a defrosting device for new filed blood products to ensure supply during field operation. Methods： Based on analysis of components,structure and function of the defrosting device developed according to the traditional water bath met method, we developed a new device on the microwave-hydrothemal method. The new device consisted of micro-wave defrosting furnace, special defrost case and self-power supplying instrument. Results： The new device could rapidly unfreez six bags of blood products at the same time within 8 min. Thus it could rapidly supply the blood products for the first-aid during field operation. Its self-power supply could sustain its work for 30 min when there was no external power supply. Meanwhile, the new device was portable. Conclusion： The new device is reasonably configured, of good functionality, simple and portable. Therefore, it is suitable for use during field operation.
