胃肠道穿孔修补术后并发肠外瘘的护理

目的通过对胃肠道穿孔修补术后并发肠外瘘患者的护理总结，探讨对该并发症的护理方法及对策。方法对15例胃肠道穿孔修补术后并发肠外瘘患者采取：①保护瘘口周围皮肤；②充分的引流护理，促进瘘口愈合；③静脉营养支持的护理；④心理护理。结果15例胃肠道穿孔修补后并发肠外瘘患者12例自行痊愈，手术治愈3例。结论胃肠道穿孔修补术后患者，一旦发生肠外瘘，需要严密观察病情变化；制定详细的护理计划；给予周密的瘘口护理、静脉营养支持以及细致的心理护理，是可以达到治愈的良好效果的。

The Care of Gastrointestinal Perforation Repair Post-operation Complicated with Enterocutaneous Fistula

Objective To investigate the methods and strategies for care of complications by summarizing the care of gastrointestinal perforation repair post-operation complicated with enterocutaneous fistula. Methods Measures were taken for 15 cases of patients with gastrointestinal perforation repair post-operation complicated with enterocutaneous fistula： ① protecting the skin around the fistula; ② ade- quate drainage care for promoting fistula healing; ③parenteral nutrition support care; ④psychological care. Results There were 12 cases re- covery of proper motions, and 3 cases were healed after opertation. Conclusion Once the patients with gastrointestinal perforation repair post-operation are found to have the enterocutaneous fistula, it is necessary to closely observe the condition changes; to develop a detailed care plan; to give careful fistula care, intravenous nutrition support, and detailed psychological care, which can achieve good results in healing.
