针对性护理干预对35例肺癌晚期伴呼吸困难患者临床效果分析

目的观察针对性护理干预对肺癌晚期伴呼吸困难的影响。方法将我院收治的肺癌伴呼吸困难的患者66例随机分为实验组以及对照组,实验组35例行针对性护理干预,对照组31例行常规护理,对两组患者分别进行焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表评价,比较。结果实验组患者其SDS以及SAS评分明显优于对照组,实验组较对照组患者发生呼吸困难症状分别为11例和24例,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对肺癌晚期伴呼吸困难患者进行针对性护理干预可改善其呼吸困难的程度,提高患者的生存质量,值得临床上继续研究和推广。

Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on 35 Cases of Advanced Lung Cancer Patients with Respiratory Difficulties

Objective To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on advanced lung cancer patients complicated with respiratory difficulties. Methods 66 cases of lung cancer patients with dyspnea admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 35 cases in the experimental group received nursing intervention and 31 cases in the control group got general nursing to assess and compare by self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） for the patients of the two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, the experimental group and the control group patients had breathing difficulties of 11 cases and 24 cases respectively, with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention on advanced lung cancer patients complicated with respiratory difficulties can improve the degree of difficulty in breathing and improve the patients＇ quality of life, which deserves continuous research clinical application.
