| 摘 要： | 目的观察机械通气的患儿适时吸痰的疗效。方法将60例机械通气的患儿随机分成两组,定时吸痰为对照组,适时吸痰为观察组,两组各30例。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论机械通气的患儿采用适时吸痰疗效更为明显,值得在临床上推广应用。
