| 摘 要： | 目的探讨当代名中医治疗痢疾的中药配伍及方证规律。方法收集43篇医案，采用关联规则与频数分析方法进行统计，数据分析在SPSS Clementine统计软件上进行．结果四诊信息与中药、病因与中药、证候与中药之间有对应规律，根据关联规则挖掘提出的基本方与中医证治痢疾理论切合。结论采取关联规则与频数分析方法能较好地挖掘名老中医关于痢疾的中药配伍及方证规律的经验。
