| 摘 要： | 目的探讨异位妊娠早期诊断方法和最佳的手术方式。方法回顾性分析2000年至2009年手术治疗的158例临床资料？结果误诊3例，其余病例均明确诊断；全部病例均手术治疗，其中开腹手术67例，腹腔镜手术91例，均获成功，无并发症，效果良好。结论本病的诊断除依靠临床表现外，腹部和阴道B超以及血卢一HCG和尿HCG的检查是重要的诊断依据，腹腔镜手术是治疗异位妊娠首选的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore early diagnosis and proper surgical treatment of of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 158 cases of surgical treatment from 2000 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Three cases were misdiagnosed,and the others were diagnosed.All the cases were surgically treated,of which 67 cases of laparotomy,91 cases of laparoscopic surgery were successful with good effect and no complications.Conclusions Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy relies on abdominal and vaginal B- type ultr... |
