摘    要:传统的肿瘤学教学中存在着实习时间短,基础理论教学与临床教学相隔时间过长,临床操作机会少,实习生临床思维能力欠缺,实习生主动性和积极性较差,以及对实习生与患者沟通能力培养不足等一系列的问题。本教研室通过对存在问题的反思,以乳腺癌单病种教学为肿瘤外科教学改革的突破口,针对乳腺癌的特点和我科在该病种方面的特色.对乳腺癌单病种教学中存在的问题进行了反复的研讨,并提出了解决方案,采用了导师制及PBL教学法,注重临床技能培训、临床思维能力的提高,充分调动了实习生的主观能动性,同时加强了医德教育.取得了较好的临床教学效果.值得推广到肿瘤外科其他病种教学中。

Abstract:In the traditional ontology teaching, a series of questions had existed such as long time between the basic theory teaching and clinical teaching, lack of operation chance and clinical thinking ability, poor initiative and enthusiasm to medical students, and so on. Through discussion and thinking, the solution scheme had been formulated. According to the characteristics of breast carcinoma single diease teaching in our stuff room, tutorial system and Problem Based Learning teaching method had been used. The training of clinical thinking ability and clinical operation had received attention, and at the same time the medical ethics education had been strengthened. The teaching effect was satisfactory and the experience was worth of popularizing to the other single disease in our stuffroom.
