清热片成型工艺改进研究

摘    要:目的解决清热片生产过程中存在的裂片、脆碎度不合格等问题。方法采用单因素试验,以口感、压片情况、硬度、崩解度等为考查指标,考查了羧甲基纤维素钠用量、酒精浓度、糊精与淀粉配比、粘合剂种类等。结果羧甲基纤维素钠用量控制在2%为宜;乙醇浓度采用60%比较理想;糊精与淀粉配比控制在13∶5为宜;糊精、淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠比例以13∶5∶2为好。结论本试验为清热片成型工艺改进提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To solve the problems of sliver and friability disqualification of Qingre tablets.
