| 摘 要： | 以问题为中心的教学方法（problem-basedlearning，PBL）推行“以学生为中心”的教育理念，在解决问题的学习过程中，树立科学思维及决策能力、提高学生独立分析、解决问题的能力。标准化病人（standardizedpatient，SP）是由经专门培训的正常人，模拟相关疾病病史、临床症状，而接受临床检查者，用于医学教育培训和考核。本文探讨了将sP作为PBL教学模式的一种补充，引入临床课程教学的有效性和可行性，认为该模式可完善PBL的教学效果，丰富临床实践教学资源，极大提高学生解决临床实际问题的能力。
