| 摘 要： | 目的落实优质护理服务,提高护理质量。方法为患者提供全流程、无缝隙、全方位、多层次的优质高效服务,实施人性化护理服务。结果提升了护士职业形象和整体素质,增强了护理服务意识,提高了病人满意度,降低了＂红灯＂率。结论实施人性化护理服务,对提高护理工作价值的内涵、病人满意度、医院的社会和经济效益有着积极的作用。
