瑞金医院医院感染与全国医院感染监测比较分析

摘    要:目的确定医院感染控制目标、降低医院感染率提供依据. 方法将全国医院感染监控基地2002年10月,全国73所监控网络单位医院感染监测资料与瑞金医院2002年1~12月,医院感染监测的相应资料进行比较和分析. 结果瑞金医院医院感染率为8.11%,Ⅰ类切口感染率低于全国监测数据,Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口感染率高于全国监测数据;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌分离率高于全国监测数据. 结论严格把好Ⅰ类切口感染关,控制感染源、切断感染途径、保护易感人群、合理应用抗生素,才能有效降低医院感染率.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the status of nosocomial infection of Ruijin hospital and other domestic hospitals for providing the evidence of determining the aims of controlling and decreasing the rate of nosocomial infection. METHODS The data of nosocomial infection, obtained from 73 domestic hospitals in Oct 2002 and that from Ruijing hospital during Jan-Dec 2002 were compared and analyzed. RESULTS The rate of nosocomial infection in Ruijing hospital was 8.11%. The nosocomial infection rate of cleaning incision was lower than that of other hospitals. The occurrence of contaminated and infectious incisions and the infective rates of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and meticillin-resistant S. epidermidis were all higher than that of other hospitals. CONCLUSIONS Low cleaning incision infective rate, controlling and cutting the source and route of infection, protecting susceptible population and reasonably using antibiotics should be adopted for effectively reducing the rate of nosocomial infection.
