| 摘 要： | 目的 了解基层医疗机构医院感染预防与控制现状.方法 采用现况调查的方法收集资料.结果 374名调查对象考试平均分为70.61分,不及格占22.10%,≥80分占31.00%;村卫生室、乡卫生院及县直医疗单位医务人员考试平均成绩统计学比较差异有统计学意义;对31个村卫生室、11个乡卫生院消毒灭菌与医院感染管理状况调查平均得分29分;标本采集和实验室检测,皮肤消毒液(聚维酮碘、乙醇)、无菌包采样检验结果均符合标准,合格率达100.00%,其余部位采样检测结果不理想;31个村综合考评得分率在70.00%～90.00%,而11个乡综合考评得分率在50.00%～60.00%.结论 重视基层医院感染管理工作,对基层医疗机构医务人员进行医院感染知识的教育培训至关重要,应成为医院感染管理的重要内容之一. |
