临床细菌耐药性监测及干预策略探讨

摘    要:目的了解医院感染病原菌种类的分布及细菌对抗生素的耐药状况. 方法前瞻性监测了我院两年内住院患者送检标本分离的细菌和耐药谱,并采用了相应的干预手段. 结果两年共检出细菌69种,1 092株,其中G 菌487株,占44.6%,G-菌449株,占41.1%,真菌156株,占14.3%,主要病原菌对部分抗生素产生多重耐药. 结论开展细菌耐药性监测并采取有效的干预策略,可以延缓耐药菌的产生和蔓延.

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo understand the distribution of the types of pathogenic bacteria causing hospital infection and antibiotic resistance. METHODSThe bacteria and their drug-resistance with isolated from the various samples of patients in the recent 2 years in our hospital were monitored prospectively, at the same time, effective strategy of intervention was made to decrease antibiotic resistance. RESULTSA total of 1 092 strains (69 types) of bacteria were isolated, including 487 Gram-positive strains (44.6%), 449 Gram-negative strains (41.1%), 156 fungi strains (14.3%), mainly pathogenic bacteria were multi-resistant to some antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS Prevalence of antibiotic-resistance bacteria was effectively postponed by an appropriate methods including monitoring of resistant bacterial strains and effective intervention strategy.
