| 摘 要： | 目的 为了解我院住院患者医院感染发病率，加强监控。方法 对我院2001年5258例住院病历进行调查。结果 有298例患者感染，发病率5．67％，检出致病菌133株，其中以革兰阴性杆菌为主，占60．15％，革兰阳性球菌为21．80％，其他菌占18．05％。结论 通过监控和加强培训教育能有效地预防医院感染的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the rate of nosocomial infections in our hospital, based on which strengthen inspection measures against these infections. METHODS The clinical data come from 5 258 hospitalized cases in 2001. RESULTS Among all patients 298 were infected. The rate of infection is 5.67%. Among 133 kinds of pathogenic bacteria developed, Gram negative bacilli are 60.15%, Gram positive cocci are 21.80%, others are 18.05%. CONCLUSIONS Through monitoring and strengthening the train of education, the infection rate could be lowered. |
