门诊口腔科医院感染因素分析与对策

目的进一步探讨引起门诊口腔科医院感染的因素,采取有效控制措施. 方法 2002年3月～2003年2月对门诊口腔科医疗器械、物体表面、医护人员手进行了目标性监测.将2001年3月～2002年2月进行的监测资料作为对照组;将加强管理后2002年3月～2003年2月期间的监测资料作为观察组;比较两组合格率. 结果采取有效管理前门诊口腔科医疗器械合格率77.08%,物体表面合格率72.92%,医务人员手合格率81.25%;采取管理措施后,门诊口腔科医疗器械合格率100.00%,物体表面合格率95.83%,医务人员手合格率100.00%. 结论医疗器械、物体表面、医护人员手易受污染,可引起医院感染,加强医院感染管理工作能有效控制门诊口腔科的医院感染.

Hospital Infection Factors among Stomatological Outpatients

OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors that induce the hospital infection among outpatients of department of stomatology and take effective control measures. METHODS Medical instruments, object surfaces, and the hands of medical staff of department of stomatology were surveyed from Mar 2002 to Feb 2003. Surveillance dated from Mar 2001 to Feb 2002 was as the control group and that after strengthened management from Mar 2002 to Feb 2003 was as the study group. To compare the qualified rate between two groups. RESULTS Qualified rate of medical instruments for outpatients of department of stomatology was 77 08% before effective management, that of object surfaces was 72 92% and of hands of medical staff was 81 25%. After management they were 100%, 95 92%, and 100%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Medical instruments, object surface and hands of medical staff are easy to be contaminated. They can lead to hospital infection. So strengthening management work of hospital infection can control effectively hospital infection among outpatients of department of stomatology.
