| 摘 要： | 目的 分析中山大学肿瘤医院2005-2009年锐器伤的情况,探讨解决办法. 方法 收集5年共196份医疗锐器伤登记表进行分析总结. 结果 196名医务人员锐器伤中工龄<5年的发生率最高,占63.3%;护士发生锐器伤的概率最大,占51.5%;引起锐器伤最常见的原因是由操作者不小心刺伤自己,占68.4%;引起锐器伤最常见的锐器为注射针头占33.2%,其次为输液头皮针头占24.0%;明确污染源的占92.8%,其中乙型肝炎最多占64.8%,其次是梅毒占16.8%. 结论 应加强医务人员岗前培训,增强职业防护意识,按照操作常规进行规范安全的操作,有效减少职业暴露的发生.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the condition of the sharp instrument injuries from 2005 to 2009 and to find the solution to protect the health of medical staff.METHODS A total of 196 cases of sharp instrument injuries collected from 2005 to 2009 were registered,and all the cases were analyzed.RESULTS The highest rate of sharp instrument injuries occurred in those the working age less than 5 years,which was 63.3%.Nurses were the most easily injured staff,accounting for 51.5%.The most common reason of g... |
