产妇医院感染的相关因素分析及防治对策

目的 探讨产妇医院感染的相关因素及防治对策.方法 采用回顾性调查方法 对5年医院分娩产妇医院感染发生情况进行统计分析.结果 产妇医院感染发生率1.02%,产妇医院感染发生部位位于前3位的是呼吸系统52.79%、手术切口21.32%、消化系统8.63%,剖宫产的医院感染率高于阴道手术分娩;营养不良、试产过久、多次阴道操作、胎膜早破、低经济状况、肥胖等均是医院感染的相关高危因素.结论 产妇医院感染的相关因素很多,但科学的孕期保健和产后休养、娴熟的手术操作、恰当的产程处理、严格的感染管理、合理的抗菌药物使用是预防和控制产妇医院感染的关键.

Risk Factors and Control Countermeasures of Puerperal Hospital Infection
