目的 探讨加强消毒供应中心质量管理的有效方法.方法 运用精细化管理对消毒供应中心进行全员培训,规范健全各项规章制度及操作流程,加强质量监控,优化工作模式.结果 环境卫生学监测合格率提高、临床满意度调查提高,差异有统计学意义.结论 运用精细化管理是加强消毒供应中心质量管理行之有效的方法.

Detailed management application improve quality management in central sterile supply department

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective methods to improve quality management level in central sterile supply department. METHODS Fine management training was provided to all staffs in central sterile supply department,various rules,regulations and operation procedures were standardized and improved,the monitoring of quality was strengthened and the working model was optimized. RESULTS The environmental hygiene monitoring qualification rate and clinical satisfaction were improved.The differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSION Fine management is an effective method to enhance quality management in central sterile supply department.
