| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床护理人员洗手依从性的现状,识别影响护理人员洗手依从性的因素,探讨防范措施。方法对119名临床护士的洗手行为进行随机抽样调查,对78名临床护士进行洗手技术考核,对调查及考核结果进行分析。结果临床护士洗手率低、洗手合格率低;操作前洗手依从性为5.9%,操作后为29.4%,考核护士正确洗手合格率为56.0%。结论管理者应从必要的教育干预、加强对洗手行为的监督管理等方面采取措施,以有效提高临床护士洗手的依从性及质量。
