| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将医院2008年1月-2010年11月收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(西医治疗+中药保留灌肠治疗)和对照组(西医治疗)各40例,观察比较两组的临床疗效、平均治疗时间及随访后的复发率进行比较。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组的有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05),且治疗组的平均治疗时间为(14.5±2.0)d,明显短于对照组的(21.0±3.0)d(P<0.05),随访3～6个月显示,治疗组的复发率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠配加抗菌药物治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效,明显优于单纯运用抗菌药物治疗,且治疗时间短、复发率低,值得临床推广和应用。
