| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续质量改进在临床医务人员手卫生管理中的应用效果,以提高手卫生依从性。方法组织成立(CQI)质量管理活动小组,主题围绕临床医务人员手卫生管理问题进行讨论,整个活动遵循PDCA循环,运用持续质量改进方法,收集资料评估目前质量现状并进行原因分析、制定预期目标、采取相应质量改进方案、对实施质量改进措施前后的手卫生依从性情况(洗手执行率及合格率)进行统计学分析。结果应用CQI后的洗手执行率(61.12%)及合格率(66.07%)比改进前(40.53%、47.57%)显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进在临床医务人员手卫生管理中的应用,可明显提高手卫生依从性。
