2006～2008年急症科病房铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

目的了解急症科病房铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)耐药性变迁,为临床合理使用抗菌药物及控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2006~2008年急症科病房临床分离的110株PAE,用纸片扩散法检测头孢他啶等15种抗菌药物的敏感性并对药敏试验结果进行分析。结果收集的110株PAE中,PAE对阿米卡星、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、妥布霉素、美罗培南、亚胺培南、环丙沙星、哌拉西林、奈替米星、头孢哌酮、庆大霉素、氨曲南和左氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为15.5%、19.1%、22.7%、30.0%、30.9%、32.7%、35.5%、36.4%、37.3%、38.2%、39.1%、40.0%、41.8%、44.5%、49.1%。结论急症科病房PAE对阿米卡星和头孢他啶的耐药性较低,3年比较,对其他β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势。

Drug Resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Emergency Department:2006-2008
