| 摘 要： | 目的分析医院恶性肿瘤放化疗患者医院感染的临床特点。方法回顾性分析医院4025例恶性肿瘤患者医院感染的临床资料。结果 279例患者并发医院感染,感染率为6.93%;呼吸道感染为主,为53.05%;引起感染的病原菌以真菌为主,占45.62%。结论恶性肿瘤放疗、化疗后易导致医院感染,必须加强医院感染的管理,控制易感因素,规范抗菌药物的使用,减少医院感染的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical features of nosocomial infection in patients with the malignant tumor after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.METHODS The clinical data of 4025 malignant tumor patients were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS From them 279 patients got nosocomial infection and the infection rate was 6.93%.The respiratory infection was the main infection,accounted for 53.05%;and the fungi were the main pathogens,accounted for 45.62%.CONCLUSION The nosocomial infection is easily seen in the maligna... |
