| 摘 要： | 目的调查重症监护病房（ICU）机械通气患者,探讨感染鲍氏不动杆菌引起的呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）的干预对策。方法对机械通气患者支气管内的分泌物进行细菌培养,针对鲍氏不动杆菌引起的VAP进行原因分析。结果鲍氏不动杆菌引起的VAP发生率为8.7%,主要与抗菌药物的不合理使用、机械通气时间过长、呼吸机及其辅助设备的污染、无菌操作不严、原发病的严重程度有关。结论对机械通气的患者,采用有效的护理对策及消毒隔离措施,可降低感染,提高治疗效果。
