痰标本留取过程中的护理干预措施对培养结果的影响

目的 探索标本留取过程中的护理干预措施,对痰培养结果的影响研究.方法 通过对血液科病区痰标本留取送检过程中进行护理措施干预,并将采取干预措施前和干预措施后痰标本的合格率、培养的阳性率和结果的临床符合率进行统计分析.结果 采取护理干预措施前痰标本的合格率、培养的阳性率和结果的临床符合率分别为42.1％、38.0％、69.o％;干预后为54.2％、36.4％、89.0％,采取干预措施后痰标本的合格率和培养结果的临床符合率均高于采取干预措施前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在痰标本留取送检过程中采取必要的护理干预措施,可以提高标本的质量和培养结果的准确性,提高痰培养结果的临床指导意义.

Impact of nursing interventions during process of specimens sampling on culture results

OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of the nursing interventions during the process of sampling specimens on sputum culture results.METHODS Through the nursing interventions during the process of sampling sputum specimens,the pass rate of sputum specimens,positive rate of cultures,and the clinical coincidence rate of culture results before and after interventions were performed for statistical analysis.RESULTS Before taking the nursing interventions,the pass rate of sputum specimens,positive rate of cultures,and the clinical coincidence rate of culture results were 42.1%,38.0%,and 69.0%,respectively,54.2%,36.4%,and 89.0% after the interventions,both the pass rate of sputum and the clinical coincidence rate after the nursing intervention were higher than those before the nursing intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION To take necessary nursing interventions during the process of specimen sampling and submitting can improve the quality of specimens,the accuracy of culture results,and the clinical significance of the result of sputum culture.
