医务人员整体防护能力的调查

目的探讨有效的干预措施,强化医务人员的防护意识,提高整体防护能力,避免医院交叉感染. 方法抽取120名自愿者问卷调查有关防护、隔离、消毒灭菌知识及实践跟踪观察. 结果护士职业防护认知行为高于医生和其他医技人员,3组人群比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),医务人员自我防护实施障碍的主要原因有防护用品缺乏、防护方式和流程知晓率低、防护用品配戴影响操作等. 结论提高医院整体防护能力,应重视医疗职业安全教育,加强医院防护基础建设,推行标准化的防护管理,规范防护流程和强化督导干预措施的严格落实.

Promoting Protection Ability of Medical Staff:A Survey

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective measures to reinforce the protective consciousness of medical staffs and avoid nosocomial cross infection. METHODS The questionnaire investigation about knowledge of prevention, isolation, disinfection and sterilization was performed among 120 volunteers. RESULTS The behavior of occupational protection of the nurses was significantly better than that of the other medical staffs who were observed when working (P<0.05). The common obstacles to putting in practice of self-protection of medical staff were the lack of protection materials, consciousness and the inconvenience of protection wearing. CONCLUSIONS To promote the protection ability of the whole hospital medical staff, the hospital should pay great attention to the professional safety education, popularize the standard protective management and standard defensive technology process, and supervise the implementation of the protection measures.
